    Service was really friendly and open. Really good breakfast. And location is just perfect.

    The room is pretty small and it needs some redecoration. A hotel needs to change the politics regarding WiFi. For such hotel class it should be free without any limitations.

    The eggs and bacon at the breakfast buffet were cold and we were there when it opened.

    Room was too hot, and it's outrageous (in a bad way) that there was not free wireless.

    The breakfast was substandard.Coffee cold. Little choice. Would recommend but warn of breakfast. Room service food was dreadful.Tinned strawberries in italy? I could on at length..

    I liked the only the location, it was really convenient across the train station, the staff was helpful

    Отличное расположение, прямо у центрального вокзала. Персонал вежливый, но к русским очевидно негативно настроен. Номер чистый и отель тоже. Интернет платный.

    В отеле даже днем закрыта дверь и пускают без вопросов только постояльцев отеля. Если к вам пришли друзья, то будут выяснения и звонки по телефону. Короче, было неприятно. Хорошо, что мы пробыли там всего несколько часов.

    Posizione centrale vicino alla stazione ed ai principali luoghi di interesse della città.

    Alle ore 14.00 del giorno di arrivo le stanze ancora non erano pronte. Il bagno non era sufficientemente ventilato.

    Accueil correct mais plutôt froid Mots d'accueil sur l'écran TV: adressés uniquement à l'homme. Sa compagne: oublièe De même un seul linge de bain, pour l'homme bien sûr! Sa compagne: oubliée! La comapgne: furieuse!!

    駅からとても近くて良かった。スタンダードシングルを予約していたが、セミダブルベッドが2つ並んだベッドで、部屋も1人では広すぎるくらいでゆったり過ごせた。
